This policy describes what personal information Taos collects from people who express interest in the product, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We collect the minimum necessary to follow up on that interest. We do not sell your data.
What we collect and why
When you request access or register your interest, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and job role. We use this to:

How we store and protect your data
Registration data is stored in our access management system. Access is restricted to the founding team. We use Resend to send transactional and follow-up email; your email address is shared with Resend solely for that purpose and subject to their data processing terms. We do not share your information with any other third party without your consent.
How long we keep your data
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain an active prospect, customer, or subscriber. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days, subject to any legal obligation to retain records.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites. If we introduce any form of analytics in future, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.
